The Calgary Association of Technical Societies was formed in the Spring of 2009. It was created to provide members of participating organizations with a convenient way to find out about courses, conferences and industry developments across similar technical societies within Calgary. Member organizations are:

  • • Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME-Calgary Chapter)
  • • National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE-Calgary Chapter)
  • • Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME-Calgary Chapter)
  • • Canadian Welding Association - Calgary Section (CWA)
  • • American Welding Society - Alberta Section (AWS)
  • • Canadian Institute for NDE (CINDE)
